The staff at Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa and at all our Noble House resorts are trained to accommodate guests with special needs, so that all our guests, including those with disabilities can have an enjoyable and safe stay. General

What is Check in/Check Out Time?

Check In is after 4:00 pm and Check out is before 11:00am

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

The hotel is completely non smoking. We do not allow smoking in our rooms, public areas, or the restaurant.

Do you have High-Speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?

Wireless internet is available throughout the property and guest rooms.

Do you have a Fitness Center and What are the hours?

Our fitness center is available 24 hours a day. A room key is needed to to enter. It includes free weights, cardio equipment and separate are to practice Yoga on your own.

Do you have a swimming pool?

Yes we have both the Palisade pool that has first come first served cabanas offered complimentary, along with a hot tub. We offer food and beverage during our summer season. We also have the Kiva Pool, conveniently located by the lobby.

Do you have a spa?

Yes we have a Spa and appointments are strongly suggested to be secured when the reservation is confirmed.

What happens at the Adventure Center?

This is where you can schedule your Jeep, or UTV Tours, schedule other activities, like Archery, visit a small but informative Museum with local information on early settlers, and wildlife. Rent your mountain bike and find your biking or hiking trail.

What is required at Check In?

A Government issued photo identification or passport, a valid credit card to authorize for your full amount of stay, plus $200.00 for incidentals.

Where is the Hotel located?

We are located approximately 60 miles from Grand Junction Regional airport. We are on Highway 141.

Transportation

Do you offer free shuttle from the airport?

We do not offer a complimentary shuttle. We suggest renting a car for the drive to Gateway, plus having a car is great for getting out and around the area with so many sights to see nearby.

Do you charge for parking?

With ample parking available at Gateway Canyons, parking is offered complimentary.

Pets

Are pets allowed?

Yes! We encourage bringing your best friend on this getaway. With 72 guest rooms and 200 acres of green grass on site, this is paradise for running around.

There is a one time $100.00 pet deposit per stay, with a max of 2 pets per room.

Restaurant

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes. We have our Paradox Grill offering American Cuisine, and our Entrada Restaurant for a nicer dinner experience, Room Service is available. We have both indoor and outdoor seating options.

Do you book private events?

Yes we do. With very unique spaces we are ideal for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and all special occasions. Please contact [email protected].

Do we have to make a reservation?

Walk ins are welcome but Reservations at Entrada are strongly encouraged.
