Our entrees include the savory buffalo meatloaf with red onion, Anaheim chile and chipotle chive mashed potato or the full rack of house smoked barbecued ribs with ’slaw and garlic mashed potatoes. Pair your Colorado dining with a handcrafted Colorado beer or a signature margarita.
