Auto Museum

Featured at the Gateway Auto Museum is the 1954 Oldsmobile F-88 concept car.

Filled with pristine examples of American automotive history, The Gateway Colorado Auto Museum is devoted to understanding and celebrating the history, design and social impact of the American car. It features 45 of the most prized and impeccably preserved antique classic cars in the country on display, including the one-of-a-kind 1954 Oldsmobile F-88 concept car, considered a rare American icon. Hendricks bought this classic car in 2005, after intense auction bidding, for $3.2 million. The collection is arranged in a time-line that captures 100 years of American automotive history, from the 1906 Cadillac Model H Coupe to the 2008 Tesla Roadster, the first zero-emissions electric sports car that can drive 245 miles on a single charge.
