A nourishing body treatment featuring the softening and soothing properties of magnesium. This light scrub effectively exfoliates skin then melts on contact leaving the skin restored and nourished. For further pampering the body scrub is followed by a personalized massage experience, where you orchestrate the massage exactly how you want it. Your therapist will customize the massage using Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to focus on specific areas of tension in your body according to your needs and preferences utilizing your choice of aromatherapy oil. This muscle melting treatment includes a cooling arnica and peppermint pedisage, a rejuvenating treat for your feet and lower legs. Eastern techniques are employed to release locked muscles, improve circulation and clear the mind.

A service flt for a gentleman and designed to tantalize his senses. The experience begins with our Pedi flight ritual followed by an intoxicating soak in a foaming bourbon buttermilk foot bath. Next, his legs and feet will be scrubbed and lathered thoroughly with the warm essence of orange and calendula. Leaving the nails groomed to perfection, all while treating this gentleman's taste buds with a whiskey sour.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 - 9:00 am
Friday & Saturday: 9:00 - 10:00 am

All classes take place at the Fitness Studio located in the Kayenta Lodge.

Monday – Thursday Morning Classes:
This class is a breath-centered slow flow. That will challenge the beginner and is still fun for those that practice regularly.

We will move through a full range of strengthening, stretching and balancing poses that will leave you feel refreshed and ready to take on the day.

Friday & Saturday Morning Classes:
This class is gentle and slow moving, this class is mostly floor-based and is designed to address physical pain, increase flexibility, increase awareness around the breath, and slow down the racing mind.

All classes are great for all levels and can be modified to suit a first timer and an avid practitioner at the same time.
