Entrada Restaurant and Lounge

Located in the new Palisade Event Center, the Entrada Restaurant and Lounge blend the rustic elegance of the canyons with the comforts of fine food and drink. Expansive windows reveal the ever-changing hues outside. In cooler months, take it all in while dining by the warmth of a glowing fire. Warmer months encourage al fresco dining on the terrace. Check schedules for live entertainment throughout the week. And any time is right for relaxing with friends in the lounge, browsing in the nearby Storyteller Library, or taking in a film at the Experius HD Theater, a short stroll down the hall.

The Paradox Grille – an oasis of specialty cuisine

The Paradox Grille’s menu boasts western, southwestern and continental dishes – representing the best of Colorado cuisine. We proudly blend locally grown ingredients into our distinctive recipes, ensuring our innovative dishes are always fresh and exciting. Pair your meal with one of our handcrafted Colorado beers or signature margaritas. We also offer a discriminating wine selection to make your dining experience a culinary event.

The Paradox Grille features a private dining tower for intimate parties and an upstairs dining area with room for up to forty guests.

The Kiva Cafe – poolside elegance

The Kiva Cafe, open seasonally or for private gatherings, offers views of the pool and canyons beyond. A private bar, elegant and airy atmosphere make it a welcoming place to host your next corporate party, family get-together, or other special event for up to 60 people.

The Outpost General Store – create your own custom meal

The Outpost General Store is well stocked with a rich variety of quality products from fresh produce, meats and dairy, to household and beauty items. You’ll also find The Paradox To-Go deli and coffee bar serving up espresso, fresh-made sandwiches and other grab-and-go items to take in the car or as a picnic on the trail.
